Chicken and Pumpkin Lasagna

I have a stock pile of pumpkin and spaghetti sauce to use up. I plan to make my own cream of pumpkin for this recipe. I'm thinking - a little cream of chicken mixed with the canned pumpkin.

Ingredients

* 1 (14.5 ounce) can cream of pumpkin soup
* 1 cup milk
* 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
* 1 pound boneless chicken, chopped
* 1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
* 9 lasagna noodles
* 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
