We call it "hang op", free translated: "hang it".

It was used in the past to make something healthy for ill people.
It was of less volume, but it was just as healthy as plain yoghurt or milk.

I've used it often when my children were ill.

We don't call it cheese here, because not cheese substances are added.

You gave me an idea.
I'll make it next week with bramberries. Yummy!

Thanks for your comments, Yum, that does sound good...with the berries. I haven't tried this recipe, but thought it sounded interesting, and healthy.
