A few funny looking carrots from our garden. A little fragrant sage came up with them. The carrot tops make good salad/vegetable greens. We had the greens in some stir fry last night - a good source of vitamin K. They can be bitter, but ours was not.
I haven't tried this, but you can make tea from the green carrot tops.

I didn't know you could eat them. We always get carrots from our CSA, but I have never used the tops. Next time, I'll give your ideas a try.
