The water was cooold, but the children didn't seem to mind.

In 2001, I resigned from my 13 year position as a case manager to homeschool my oldest who was a preschooler at the time, and later a daughter who came along in 2005. This is by far the hardest job I've ever loved. My husband of nearly 20 years supports us as a fire fighter and EMT.

GORGEOUS! So glad you had a nice time :)
Where did you go? I come from the land of COLD water in Nova Scotia. We'd go to the beach but hardly ever in the water as your legs would literally seize up from the cold. In late August and September is when it warms up enough to swim though. We also love to go to Delaware in the spring just to enjoy the beaches, even though the water's to cold then too.
