Learning to Deal

This was sort of funny when I first read it, but actually it's a bit sad how judgmental people can be...even fellow homeschoolers. After years of homeschooling, I figure they like us or they don't. Life is too short to worry about it. My accountability is with God and to God.

LOL! Oh Lord can I relate.
When I was considering HSing, one group after another checked ME out.

The funny thing is, the HS'rs I relate to most around here don't join HSn groups.

Have a great day, and if you're able to sleep in until 9:30 tell me your secret!

Yep! We don't do the groups either.

Heh. I see two things happening here.

Either EVERYONE is going to these groups trying to "fake it" or we tend to go into groups looking at the whole thing as one person. Sally read at 3, Timmy puts together puzzles, Jim gets up at 5 every day to study scriptures for an hour....we can't do EVERYTHING that EVERYONE does :) I figure if I can do one or two things really well, I'm doing OK and progressing. :)

Thanks for commenting...I suppose all moms encounter this with groups.
