April in the Garden

Mayapples(spring bloomers only). These popped up naturally in the garden.
Denese has some pictures and information about the mayapples growing in her backyard, the Smoky Mountains.

 Tall white iris( I wish these lasted longer; they are spring bloomers). Purchased a few on ebay years ago, and now I've got too many. These take over, but are perfect in a contained bed under our oak tree. I'll be dividing them in August.
