About Me

My Photo
A homeschooling mother of one teenager and a little. In 2001, I resigned from my 13 year position as a case manager to homeschool my oldest who was a preschooler at the time, and later a daughter who came along in 2005. This is by far the hardest job I've ever loved. My husband of nearly 20 years supports us as a fire fighter and EMT.

Big Lots Store Deals

I found some fabulous deals at Big Lots this week. Twenty-eight(28) ounce cans(big) of organic and non-organic crushed tomatoes were $1.00, and so were Annie's Homegrown Organic Macaroni and Cheese! There were also various name brand canned goods priced at .65 cents a can - veggies and beans.  I really stocked up, and at these prices it was do-able.

If you have a Big Lots nearby it may be worth a trip. Not all stores carry the same stock.

I might need to head over to ours! Last time I was there I stocked up on bags of beans- I think they were seventy cents a pound??

I love Big Lots, especially their grocery department. Sometimes they are practicaly giving the stuff away!
