A homeschooling mother of one teenager and a little. In 2001, I resigned from my 13 year position as a case manager to homeschool my oldest who was a preschooler at the time, and later a daughter who came along in 2005. This is by far the hardest job I've ever loved. My husband of nearly 20 years supports us as a fire fighter and EMT.

Recipe: Mascarpone Cheese (Italian Cheese)

Here is another cheese recipe that I'd like to try. This one uses heavy cream and tartaric acid. I think I could use cream of tartar in lieu of tartaric acid. See recipe here.I'll update when I make this.

Slightly more difficult is this farm house cheese. I didn't know those rennet tablets were available at the grocery store. If I can find them, I'll make this.
