We are having this for dinner tonight, but I'm adding salsa for an extra kick.
* 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
* 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
* 2 tablespoons olive oil(I use canola)
* 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar(I use 1/4 cup)
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 8 (4 ounce) skinless boneless chicken breast halves
* cooking spray
* 8 (6 inch) tortillas

In 2001, I resigned from my 13 year position as a case manager to homeschool my oldest who was a preschooler at the time, and later a daughter who came along in 2005.
