Save Money on Postage with Discounted Postage Stamps

I'm on the mailing list for Henry Gitner Philatelists, Inc. They sell stamps to collectors, but also sell stamps at discounted rates, older stamps which are mint and legal to use. These stamps have the original glue on the back and have never been used(canceled). Philatelists will often sell sheets of these collector stamps at clearance. Henry Gitner has some for 15% off or 85% face value. I used these discounted stamps for years, especially when I was mailing heavy packages while selling on ebay. Many of the stamps are lower values, but currently they are selling some high value stamps.

Because the package values contain a lot of low value stamps, these are most useful to people who plan to use them on larger packages. You'll need room to add a lot of stamps. In the past, I've filled up my package corners with all that would fit, and paid for the difference of the postage at the post office.

They will also buy older stamps, or you can try selling them yourself at places like Craigslist, Etsy, or Ebay. Here is their current buying list. This is a great way to make a little extra money as you clean out the attic. Older Baby boomers often stamp collected as a hobby, I know my father did, and my older sister.
