I am making some flavored vinegar with sage, rosemary, and raspberry. The sage and rosemary are from my garden, and I picked a few raspberries out of a bag of mixed frozen berries.

What an awesome website this link is! I LOVE IT!! I don't know if I will make vinegar right now, will probably wait until it warms up some for those 80 degree temps. Awesome!!!

I don't think I'll be making vinegar anytime soon either! We are all dragging for spring colds and allergies from all the pollen.
The flavored vinegar is quite easy though.
